  • Telephone support
  • On site support
  • Electronic repairs
  • Disaster recovery
  • Remote access and administration enabling us to troubleshoot your network avoiding call out charges

Where companies requiring support are not local, Prodigy can still provide telephone support and remote access options however on site support would be arranged in a limited capacity in association with some of our business partners.
